Adam joined Artcraft in 2018 as a Regional Property Manager. He has 21 years of experience in Property Management, beginning as a Leasing Consultant in 2001 with AIMCO. While attending school, he became a Property Manager with Thompson Michie Associates and later Evergreen Management Group in Salt Lake City, UT, with a focus on Student and Affordable Housing. After graduation, he became a Regional Property Manager for Landura Management Associates and later Community Housing Partners where he oversaw Conventional, Tax Credit and USDA Rural Development communities in Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North and South Carolina.

He holds many industry designations such as Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor and Certified Green Property Manager through National Apartment Association; HCCP for Low Income Housing Tax Credits; and NAHP-e through National Affordable Housing Management Association.
