AMI University

AMI University is a comprehensive web-based training platform for AMI employees that houses over 40 required classes. These classes are in addition to other instructor led, classroom-based courses that our employees attend. The topics offered include leasing, marketing, fair housing compliance, customer service, resident retention, accounting procedure, and many others. The web-based training can be used by new employees for their initial training and by all AMI employees to take their annual mandatory continuing education courses with the convenience of doing so from their desktop location.

These professionally designed, self-paced classes are offered to provide training with consistent content for all AMI employees.

These classes are interactive and are presented in an engaging format. The web-based courses provide a robust training platform for both onsite and corporate employees of AMI.

Employees are also encouraged to attend outside seminars or other professional development courses for purposes of obtaining real estate sales or broker’s licenses, or professional designations such as those offered by IREM® or NAA. The state licenses or designations such as CAM, ARM, CPM, or HCCP directly benefit the employee and the individual property. AMI employees are also encouraged to attend outside seminars sponsored by the National Apartment Association through the local and state chapters to enhance employee performance.
