Darrin Martin

Director of Maintenance Operations

Darrin Martin joined the Artcraft Management team in 1997 as our HVAC/Plumbing specialist. In 2004 Darrin was promoted to Director of Maintenance Operations overseeing our extensive portfolio. Darrin’s background includes a masters license in the state of Virginia for HVAC, Plumbing and Gas fitting. Darrin also has extensive training in project management, mold abatement, and lead paint renovations. 

Mr. Martin entered the HVAC industry in 1986, and by 1990 Darrin was overseeing multi- million-dollar projects for Star Service Heating and Air Conditioning working closely with Ryan Homes. In 1992 Darrin join Godfrey and Sons Heating and Air Conditioning overseeing all installation project helping the owner with all aspects of the company business.
