Tammy joined Artcraft in October 2002 and has over 21 years of experience in Property Management. She has held a number of positions in all aspects of the industry before coming to the company in 2002. She has worked at multiple management companies and assisted multiple properties in leasing, management, operations, and tax credit compliance. She has also overseen many communities including tax credit, conventional, section 8, and senior and student properties throughout Hampton Roads and Richmond.

Tammy currently oversees all special projects for the Artcraft Management team (such as property transition, due diligence, information technologies and set-up). She is a Certified Apartment Manager, and has been involved with the Virginia Apartment Management Association and the Hampton Roads Apartment Council for over a decade.
