Bruce Hobson

Bruce joined Artcraft in 2012 and has over 40 years of experience in Property Management. He has held a number of positions in the industry including Maintenance/Grounds, Property Manager, Senior Manager, Regional Manager, Tax Credit Compliance Officer and Property Auditor. He worked at National Housing Partners, Aimco and Community Housing Partners before joining Artcraft in 2012. He has overseen many communities including Conventional, Tax Credit, and Section 8 properties in Virginia, Kentucky, and Florida. He is a Housing Credit Certified Professional ( HCCP) and a Certified Occupancy Specialist ( COS).
