Eastwind is a participating community in the RPP program. Eastwind also has a Homes for Heroes discount program (currently on special $25/monthly) for residents who are employed by any City, State, Federal employer; Medical, Dental, Teaching Professionals, Active Duty, Reserve, Retired Military, First Responders, Police/Fire/EMS and Stihl employees.

In order to receive any special rate, applicants must enroll in NPS.
