Roberta Manning

Roberta originally joined Artcraft in 2002 and has over 29 years of experience in Property Management. She has held a number of positions in all aspects of the industry before returning to the company in June 2016. She has worked for Edgewood, Norfolk Redevelopment Housing Authority, and TRG and has assisted multiple properties from luxury to affordable in leasing, management, and operations. She has also overseen many communities including tax credit, luxury, conventional, tax credit, and project based Section 8, from Virginia to Florida.

She holds HCCP, SHCM, BOS, and RCS designations. She is also a member of the Virginia Apartment Management Association.Bio Coming Soon
