Important: Artcraft Virginia Conventional, Tax Credit, and Student Communities are currently operating in Phase Three (with some exemptions, please see individual property website information)

Important: Artcraft Florida Communities are currently operating in Phase Three
All residents and visitors are required to call the office to schedule a time to visit. All residents and visitors are also required to fill out and submit one of the below questionnaires prior to entering the office to certify they have not been exposed to, or tested positive for, COVID-19 within the prior fourteen days before entering the office. Forms will also available outside the rental office at all locations; however, whenever possible, we encourage you to print and fill out your form prior to your visit to the rental office. Thank you for your cooperation!
PHASE ONE RE-ENTRY
Office
- Virtual tours are available at all property locations.
- Rental payments must be made online or dropped off via the office dropbox.
Precautions
- Mask and face coverings
- Disposable gloves
- Booties (optional in vacant units)
- Hand sanitizer.
Amenities
- Resident activities are cancelled to be rescheduled at a later time.
PHASE TWO RE-ENTRY
Office
- Virtual tours are available at all property locations.
- All additional seating in office areas will be removed and/or rearranged so that it may not be used.
- Rental payments must be made online or dropped off via the office dropbox.
Amenities
- Limited to 30% of occupancy
- Fitness center can only be opened during business hours
- Multiple sanitizing stations will be available
- Cleared of all seating areas
- Limited to 50% of occupancy
- Lap lane swimming or exercise only.
- Swimming pool can only be opened during business hours
- Multiple sanitizing stations will be available
- Limited to 50% of occupancy
- These will remain suspended until further notice
- Limited to one household at a time.
- Maintain a social distance of six feet while waiting for use
- Limited to 50% occupancy
- Maintain a social distance of six feet
- Maintain a social distance of six feet from others
- Individuals should avoid touching elevator walls and doors as much as possible.
- Maintain a social distance
- All surfaces must be disinfected multiple times daily
- Limited to 50% occupancy
- Maintain a social distancing of six feet from others

- Face coverings must be worn by all visitors.
- Any individual entering one of the Artcraft facilities may be asked to complete a questionnaire prior to entry.
- No one with a fever or symptoms of COVID‐19, or known exposure to a COVID‐19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted in the office.
PHASE THREE RE-ENTRY

Now open (appointments encouraged).
- Virtual tours are available at all property locations.

- Rental payments should be made online or dropped off via the office dropbox.

- Fitness center can only be opened during business hours
- Multiple sanitizing stations will be available
